Yay Green Juice! Said no one ever. What if we call it gorgeous? That makes it a lot better, trust me. What makes this green juice “gorgeous?” The vitamin that are in it have benefit your hair, skin, nail and weight! I also felt energetic after drinking it, which made a complete difference in my workout.
To make 20 oz
2 Handfuls of spinach
2 Stalks of celery
1 Granny Smith Apple
Juice the veggies first then the apple. Apples add natural sugar but if you do one half at a time you may realize you don’t even need an entire apple! I used a low speed juicer, like the Omega J8006 Nutrition Center to preserve as many nutrients as possible. Want to learn more about this juicer? Read here.[amd-zlrecipe-recipe:2]
